By installing and using NadyAI Stylist ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NadyAI Stylist is a Shopify app that provides AI-powered outfit recommendations based on your product catalog. The App analyzes your products using computer vision and language models to generate complete outfit combinations.

3. Use of Service

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate product information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and Shopify's terms of service
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App

Billing Terms

  • Recurring Subscriptions: Subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • Taxes: Taxes may apply depending on your location. Shopify will calculate and collect applicable taxes.
  • Refund Policy: Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.

Usage Limits

Product analysis limits and AI outfit generation limits depend on your selected plan. If you reach your plan's limits, certain features may pause until you upgrade or until your usage resets at the next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all related technology, including algorithms, models, and code, are the intellectual property of NadyAI. You retain all rights to your product data and images.

6. Data Usage

By using the App, you grant us permission to:

  • Access and analyze your product data
  • Process product images using AI/ML services
  • Store outfit recommendations generated by the App

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NADYAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the App will be revoked
  • We will delete your data within 30 days (unless required to retain for legal purposes)
  • No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NadyAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
